We’re passionate about documenting and exploring the technical possibilities
and the beauty of creative workflows of artists, studios and brands
Cinema Físico was founded in 2020 in São Paulo by Juss Chaves e Fernando Alves. Both founders
are filmmakers who contribute their respective crafts to the studio. Juss’ professional journey goes through
photography, collaborations with fashion brands, cinema and the art world. Her present focus is directed towards
the field of visual anthropology and the anthropology of skill and technology. Fernando’s professional background
includes work within advertising agencies and the cinema industry.
